Pure Relaxation Yoga with Mandy Nichols 


I’m Mandy and I teach yoga in West Oxfordshire. My classes bring movement, breath and meditation together to help you to find peace through relaxation. 



WIth a background in massage and aromatherapy, I encourage you to work within your own range, drop self judgement and learn to enjoy the benefits of a consistent practice. 



Classes are suitable for beginners and experienced students. I offer a number of local classes, workshops and retreats as well as individual tuition.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat, cushion and blanket. Drop in classes are £12 per student (membership options available, pay what you can afford options available). If you are curious about yoga and have any questions about the practice, please don’t hesitate to contact me. 💖
